If you are having trouble logging into your account through the Indodax app using your fingerprint, we suggest you not to worry. The first step is to click the “Cancel” feature. By clicking the feature, you will be directed to enter your account's “Application PIN”. Make sure you enter the correct PIN so that you can access your account smoothly. If you forget your PIN, you can follow the recovery procedure available by clicking “Forgot PIN”. If you have successfully logged into your account, please disable the fingerprint feature in the profile menu, then for security measures on your account please enable Google Authenticator on the account. If you experience problems in the process, please contact our support service.
