Your security is our priority. If you receive a "Passkey Validation Failed" notification, it means the system is unable to verify the biometric data or digital key from your device.
Don't worry, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Check Your Device & Cloud Account
Use the Same Device: A Passkey is tied to the specific device or cloud account (Google Account/Apple ID) where you first registered it.
Active Synchronization: If you are using a new device, ensure you are logged into the same Google Account or Apple ID and that the Password/Passkey Sync feature is turned on.
Step 2: Use an Alternative Login Method
If the Passkey still fails, you can still access your account using other methods:
Click "Other Login Methods" on the sign-in page.
Use your Email & Password, or log in via Google.
Step 3: Check Registered Devices (If Already Logged In)
Once you have successfully logged into your Indodax account, check the list of devices that have Passkey access:
Go to the Security Settings menu.
Check the Passkey status. If it is "ON", click on the menu to see the list of registered devices.
Important: If the device you are currently using is not on the list, you cannot use the Passkey feature on this device.
Final Solution: Re-register Your Passkey
