A : The price alarm feature is available in both Pro and Lite modes.

 A: Users can enable, delete, and receive email notifications related to the price alarm feature with the following steps:

How to activate the price alarms feature on the Indodax Website:

  • On the marketplace page, please choose the desired digital asset

  • Choose "Set Alarm"

  • Choose "+Add Coin Alarm"

  • Set the desired price, then click "Save Alarm"

  • Congratulations, your price alarm has been activated

  • After activating the price alarm, please make sure that you have enabled the notification button displayed on your account settings page

How to delete the price alarms feature on the Indodax Website:

  • On the "Saved Alarms" page, check the alarm you want to delete, then click the "Delete" button

  • Please click "Delete" on the confirmation page that appears to proceed with the alarm deletion process

How to activate the price alarms feature on the Indodax Application:

  1. Open INDODAX application
  2. Select the “Market” menu
  3. Select the “Alarm” icon
  4. Then select “Create Alarm”

  1. Search and select the coin you want, by clicking the symbol in the picture
  2. Specify the “Target Price” you want
  3. Then select “Proceed” to create an alarm
  4. Alarm successfully created

How to delete the price alarms feature on the Indodax Application:

  1. Access the saved alarm menu and click on the delete alarm icon located at the upper right corner
  2. Choose the alarm you want to delete, then click "Delete Alarm"
  3. A pop-up will appear to confirm the alarm deletion
  4. Alarm successfully deleted

How to receive the price alarm feature Notifications via Email:

  1. Select the application settings icon
  2. Enable alarm email notifications

Q : What happens when the set price is triggered?

A : The user will receive notifications in the form of push notifications and email notifications.

Q : Is there a price limit that users can set?

A : Yes, there is. Users cannot set a price that is less than 1% of the last price or more than 100 times the last price. For example, if the current last price is 500,000,000 IDR, users cannot set a price lower than 5,000,000 IDR or higher than 500,000,000,000 IDR.

Q : Is there a limit to the number of price alarms a user can set?

A : Each user is limited to setting up to 50 price alarm lists.

Q : Can a user create alarms with the same price?

A : Users cannot create alarms with the same price and coin. However, if the coins are different, this can be done.

Q : Will users still receive notifications if they are using battery saver mode?

A : No, users will not receive push notifications when using battery saver mode. However, they will still receive email notifications unless they unsubscribe from email notifications.

Q : If a user has unsubscribed from email notifications, can they subscribe again?

A : Yes, users can subscribe/unsubscribe through the app's settings menu in the application.
