We would like to inform you that if you have not logged into your Indodax account for a long time, you can still log in using the Passkey feature. The Indodax security system does not impose an automatic expiration date on this digital security key simply because your account has not been accessed for a certain period of time. As long as your account is active and has not been suspended due to a regulatory violation, access via Passkey will continue to function normally.

The Passkey will remain permanently stored in your device’s security system until you, as the user, manually deactivate or delete it. Therefore, as long as you do not delete your Indodax account data from the Passkey list in your phone’s settings or perform a factory reset on your device, you will always be able to quickly log in to your Indodax account.
