How to login to INDODAX account through the App

Logging into our app gives you direct access to a variety of features and services that have been tailored to your needs. By using a registered account, you can easily manage your personal information, make transactions, or utilize the various services we offer. The login process is designed to ensure user convenience and security, so you can enjoy a safe and smooth experience every time you access the app. Here we inform you how to login to your INDODAX account through the INDODAX App. 

How to login to Indodax :

Through Website :

  • Please visit the Indodax website at https://indodax.com/login.

  • Please tap the “Login” button on the following login page:

  • Then please enter your email and password and tap the “Log In” button.

  • Next, you will be directed to enter the WhatsApp OTP verification code. Please enter the WhatsApp OTP code sent to the phone number registered with Indodax.

  • If you do not receive the WhatsApp OTP code, you are given the opportunity to request the WhatsApp OTP 2 (two) times by clicking "Send Code". If the WhatsApp OTP code is not received, you will be directed to perform SMS OTP verification. If you do not receive the SMS OTP code, you are given the opportunity to request the SMS OTP 3 (three) times by clicking "Send Code". You have a maximum of 5 (five) opportunities to request an OTP; if you have exceeded this, please wait for the next 15 minutes.

  • Then, please enter the OTP you have received and tap the “Verify” button.

  • Then, if you use Authenticator as account security, after the WA/SMS OTP verification process is successful, you will be directed to enter the Authenticator code. Please enter your Authenticator code.

  • After the OTP verification process is successful. Congratulations! Your login process has been successful.

Through the App :

  • Please make sure you have downloaded the Indodax App on the Play store or App store officially. (click here)

  • Please tap the “Login” button on one of the following login pages:

  • Then please enter your email and password and tap the “Log In” button.

  • Next, if you use “Biometric,” you will be directed to the “Biometric” process. However, if the “Biometric” process fails, you will be directed to enter your “App PIN". Please proceed with the "Biometric" process or enter your “App PIN”.

  • If you don't use “Biometric” on the App, you'll be directed to enter your “App PIN". Please enter your “App PIN".

  • Next, you will be directed to enter the WhatsApp OTP verification code. Please enter the WhatsApp OTP that has been sent to the phone number registered on Indodax.

  • If you do not receive the WhatsApp OTP code, you are given the opportunity to request the WhatsApp OTP 2 (two) times by clicking "Send Code". If the WhatsApp OTP code is not received, you will be directed to perform SMS OTP verification. If you do not receive the SMS OTP code, you are given the opportunity to request the SMS OTP 3 (three) times by clicking "Send Code". You have a maximum of 5 (five) opportunities to request an OTP; if you have exceeded this, please wait for the next 15 minutes.

  • Then, please enter the OTP you have received and tap the “Verify” button.

  • If you use Authenticator for account security, after the Biometric/App PIN process, you will be directed to enter your Authenticator code. Please enter your Authenticator code.

  • After the OTP verification process is successful. Congratulations! Your login process has been successful.

Note: To keep your account secure, please do not share this OTP code with anyone. Also, be cautious of anyone pretending to be from Indodax.
