How to login to Indodax :

Please visit the Indodax website at https://indodax.com/login.
Please tap the “Login” button on the following login page:
Then please enter your email and password and tap the “Log In” button.
Next, you will be directed to enter the WhatsApp OTP verification code. Please enter the WhatsApp OTP code sent to the phone number registered with Indodax.
If you do not receive the WhatsApp OTP code, you are given the opportunity to request the WhatsApp OTP 2 (two) times by clicking "Send Code". If the WhatsApp OTP code is not received, you will be directed to perform SMS OTP verification. If you do not receive the SMS OTP code, you are given the opportunity to request the SMS OTP 3 (three) times by clicking "Send Code". You have a maximum of 5 (five) opportunities to request an OTP; if you have exceeded this, please wait for the next 15 minutes.
Then, please enter the OTP you have received and tap the “Verify” button.
Then, if you use Google Authenticator as account security, after the WA/SMS OTP verification process is successful, you will be directed to enter the Google Authenticator code. Please enter your Google Authenticator code.
After the OTP verification process is successful. Congratulations! Your login process has been successful.

Please tap the “Login” button on one of the following login pages:
Then please enter your email and password and tap the “Log In” button.
Next, if you use “Biometric,” you will be directed to the “Biometric” process. However, if the “Biometric” process fails, you will be directed to enter your “App PIN". Please proceed with the "Biometric" process or enter your “App PIN”.
If you don't use “Biometric” on the App, you'll be directed to enter your “App PIN". Please enter your “App PIN".
Next, you will be directed to enter the WhatsApp OTP verification code. Please enter the WhatsApp OTP that has been sent to the phone number registered on Indodax.
If you do not receive the WhatsApp OTP code, you are given the opportunity to request the WhatsApp OTP 2 (two) times by clicking "Send Code". If the WhatsApp OTP code is not received, you will be directed to perform SMS OTP verification. If you do not receive the SMS OTP code, you are given the opportunity to request the SMS OTP 3 (three) times by clicking "Send Code". Then, please enter the OTP you have received and tap the “Verify” button.
