If you experience problems with the biometrics feature in the Indodax application, with the erro notification that appears User not authenticated-9104-9999, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Restart your device.
  2. Re-install (delete then reinstall) your Indodax application first.
  3. Delete cache & cookies on your Indodax application.
  4. Make sure that your network connection is stable or change the network connection used.
  5. Try to do activities on the account through the Indodax website first through the following link: https://indodax.com/
