What should I do if the message "Your device is not eligible" appears?

As an important security measure to maximize your #asetmasadepan experience, we have implemented mechanisms to protect the Indodax application and user data from various threats, including potential fraud through device modification. Therefore, the Indodax application can only be accessed through devices that are in original condition, without modification, rooting, or jailbreak.

If you receive the message "Your device is not eligible. Contact Customer Support for assistance" this indicates that our system has detected a modification to your device. As a result, you cannot use the device to access the Indodax App. We recommend that you follow these steps :

  • Ensure that the device used has received security updates within the last year.
  • Use another non modified device that has received security updates in the past year to ensure an optimal and safe experience when using the Indodax App.
  • Make sure you download the Indodax App from Playstore or Appstore officially and not use third parties.

Note: You can also experience this issue when doing the registration process, account verification, unlock account, and data changes through the Indodax application.

image4.png  If this information appears, then this means that we cannot find the Google Play Store on your device. So to overcome this you can use another device that has the Google Play Store.

This information will appear if you have disabled the Playstore service on your device. 

Please ensure that your Playstore service is active or you can follow the steps in the following link
