We inform you that if you are having problems not getting the verification OTP code due to the wrong phone number, please change the phone number by following these guidelines:
- Please login through the Indodax Application by entering the email and password registered to your Indodax account.
- Then you will be directed to the account unlock page or SMS PIN request page.
- Select the ‘Lost Phone Number?’ menu, then please enter a new phone number in the new mobile number column.
- If the relative number in your account is still active, in the ‘Active number’ column, the PIN will be sent to your relative's phone number.
- Enter the SMS PIN in the ‘PIN’ field.
- Click ‘Send’.
- You will get a notification that ‘Mobile phone number has been successfully changed’.
However, if your relative's phone number registered to the account is no longer active, please select ‘none’ in the ‘Active registered number’ line and then proceed with the following steps:
- In the line ‘reason for data change’ please select one of the reasons in the column.
- Upload an E-KTP photo ID.
- Click ‘Submit’.
