At this time, you are unable to complete the process of change your phone number using the “Lost Phone Number” feature via the Indodax website. If you try to submit a change of phone number via the website, the system will automatically redirect you to continue the entire data change process via the Indodax App.
This policy is in place because the application process requires Face Verification to validate your identity. Face Verification is a biometric security feature that is absolutely necessary to confirm that critical data change requests originate from the legitimate account owner, thereby preventing unauthorized account takeover attempts. The Face Verification feature is currently only available through the Indodax App.
Therefore, if you have problems or need to change your phone number, please download or open the Indodax App and follow the steps to change your phone number.
