The identity registered on the account (E-KTP) must match the account owner who conducts transactions and the owner of the bank account used for deposits and withdrawals. Changes to identity data can only be made if there is a typing error or an update to personal documents (such as an E-KTP name being updated due to a spelling mistake), but it must still be in the name of the same person.
