We would like to inform you that the main requirement for adding a new withdrawal address to the Whitelist is that you must have the Authenticator feature installed and enabled on your account.
If you attempt to add an address to the Whitelist but the Authenticator feature on your account is not yet active, the system will automatically be unable to process the request. As a system warning, you will receive a notification message: “Enable Authenticator to use the whitelist”. If you encounter this notification, there is no need to worry. Please follow the steps below to proceed:
Enable Authenticator: Please go to your account security settings menu and activate the Authenticator feature first. For further guidance on how to enable Authenticator, please visit our Help Center via the following link: click here
Add to Whitelist: Once Authenticator is successfully active and linked to your account, please return to the Address Management (Whitelist) page. You can now add and save withdrawal addresses as usual.
This requirement is in place to ensure that every new withdrawal address registered is truly authorized by the legitimate account owner. If you encounter any other issues, please contact INDODAX Customer Support, which is available to assist you 24/7.
