We would like to inform you that the Indodax system enforces a standardized format for label fields to prevent data parsing errors. The issue you’re experiencing—being unable to fill in or save the label—is caused by entering a combination of characters or symbols that do not comply with the system’s requirements. The most common mistake is the use of spaces or other special symbols (such as @, #, $, %, and others) when typing the label name.
To ensure the label is filled in correctly and the process of adding your address (whitelist) can continue, we recommend following these formatting guidelines:
Use Permitted Characters: Ensure the label name consists only of a combination of letters (A-Z / a-z) and numbers (0-9).
Avoid Using Spaces: The system cannot read space characters. If you want to separate two or more words, use the allowed replacement characters, namely:
Underscore (_)
Hyphen (-)
Please delete the text you previously entered in the label field, then re-enter it following the correct format above. Once the format is correct, the save button will become active, and you can continue the address verification (whitelist) process until it is complete. If you have followed the instructions above but are still experiencing other technical issues, please contact the Indodax Customer Support team, who are available 24/7 via Live Chat in the app or our official email.
