We would like to inform you that digital asset withdrawals, such as USDT, cannot be sent directly to a QRIS code, especially if that QRIS code belongs to someone else or a third party. Since crypto assets operate on a blockchain network, USDT withdrawals can only be sent to a wallet address that also supports that asset’s network. This means that the USDT you withdraw will remain as USDT assets upon arrival in the destination wallet and will not be automatically converted into Rupiah balance.
If you want to cash out those USDT assets, you must first sell them on the market to convert them into Rupiah balance. Once converted to Rupiah, these funds can only be withdrawn to a bank account registered in your own name, where the name on the account must exactly match the account holder’s name on our platform.
