Please be informed that digital assets cannot be directly withdrawn or sent to a bank account. You must first sell your digital assets to convert them into a Rupiah (IDR) balance. Once converted into a Rupiah balance, the funds can then be withdrawn to your bank account. For security reasons, the entire process of selling assets and withdrawing funds can only be performed independently through your Indodax account.
Although digital assets cannot be sent directly to a bank, the process of converting them into Rupiah on Indodax is very straightforward. Here are the steps to sell assets on the Indodax application:
Log in to your Indodax account through the app.
Select the "Market" menu.
In the search bar, type the name of the digital asset you wish to sell. For example, type "BTC", select the "BTC/IDR" pair, and then click "Sell".
Choose the order method you wish to use.
Enter the price and amount of the asset you want to sell (e.g., in BTC), or enter the total nominal amount in Rupiah (IDR) you wish to receive.
Finally, click the "Sell BTC" button (or the name of the asset you selected).
Once the digital asset sale is successful, you may proceed to withdraw your Rupiah. For more detailed information on how to withdraw Rupiah, please click the following link: click here.
