How to transfer the Rupiah balance on an Indodax account to your personal bank account via website :
- To withdraw funds, select "Wallet" and click "Withdraw on the IDR/Rupiah row". On the "Withdraw Rupiah" page, please follow the instructions carefully and fill in your withdrawal details.
- In the withdrawal method section please select 'Add Address'.
- In the 'Add Address' field you can select the method of withdrawal you want to make.
- In the 'Search Bank' field please type your bank name and select.
- In the 'Add Bank Account' column, please enter the 'Account Number' and 'Account Label'. 'Account Label' is used as a transaction marker on the account (can be filled in randomly and cannot exceed 25 characters). Example of account label: Bank Account, Indodax Account, Withdrawal Account.
- Click 'Save'.
- If you get a notification that 'Account not found. Please double check the account number and bank you selected and make sure they are correct', this is because our system has detected that the bank account was not found. Please make sure that the bank account data you entered is correct. You are allowed to make 3 (three) attempts within 1 (one) minute to check.
- If you fail 3 (three) times in entering bank account information within 1 (one) minute. After reaching the limit, there will be a notification that 'Too many address save requests. Try again after 5 minutes'. You can try again after 5 (five) minutes. Noted: You still cannot add another bank account/new bank account for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes is over, you can try adding the bank account.
- If a server error occurs during the bank account saving process, there will be a notification 'An error occurred. Please try again' . The notification informs you that there was an error and you can try again.
- If the bank account is already saved in your withdrawal list, there will be a notification that ‘This address is already listed with the label “<label name>”’ this happens because the system identifies that the account already exists, along with the label name previously given.
- Enter the withdrawal amount you wish to move to your personal bank account. You can choose the withdrawal amount from (10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) of your IDR balance. Please be informed that there will be an SMS service fee of Rp. 1,000 which will be deducted directly from your withdrawal amount. If you do not want to be charged with SMS service fee, then please enable ‘Google Authenticator' please activate Google Authenticator.
- Click 'Send'.
- Please review your withdrawal 'Transaction Details' and ensure they are correct. Once confirmed, the withdrawal cannot be canceled.
- Click 'Confirm'.
- Please enter the 'Email Verification' code sent to your account email, then click 'Send Code' and enter the verification code that will be sent via WhatsApp service or Google Authenticator code if your account is connected to Google Authenticator.
- Then click 'Verify'.
Notes: If you do not get the OTP code via Whatsapp, please click 'Send Code' 2 (two) times, then on the 3 (third) opportunity the OTP will automatically be sent 'via SMS' service. You only have 5 (five) opportunities to request OTP, if you have exceeded please wait for the next 15 minutes.
Security Verification if the bank account data has been saved and has made a withdrawal transaction on website :
- If your bank account is already saved in your account and you have made a withdrawal using that bank account. You will be directed to do an email OTP request. Please click 'Send Code'.
- Click 'Verify'.
- Or Google Authenticator OTP request if your account is connected with Google Authenticator. Please click ‘Send Code’.
- Click ‘Verify’.
- Withdrawal is being processed. Please wait for our finance team to validate your withdrawal. The withdrawal process may take up to 1 bank working day. For information on Rupiah withdrawal details, please click here.
How to withdraw your IDR assets to a bank account via Indodax App:
- On the home page please select the 'Wallet' menu

- On the withdraw rupiah page please select '+ Add address' to select the rupiah withdrawal method to be used.
- Please select 'Withdrawal Method', then select the 'Bank' you wish to use.

- Next click 'Save Address'.

Enter your 'Total Withdrawal'. Then click 'Continue'.

On the withdrawal confirmation page please select 'Withdraw IDR'.

Please enter the App 'PIN'.
- Please verify your Biometrics to continue your withdrawal process. After that, please do security verification by choosing Click 'Send Code' to get an OTP code via email which will be sent to the email registered in your Indodax account and enter it in the field provided.
- If you are unable to do Biometric verification, you can choose “Verify via Other Methods” option. Then do security verification by choosing Click 'Send Code' to get an OTP code via email which will be sent to the email registered in your Indodax account and also please click 'Send Code' to get an OTP code via WhatsApp / SMS which will be sent to the WhatsApp application / via SMS according to the phone number registered in your Indodax account or if you use 'Google Authenticator' then please enter your Google Authenticator code.
- If your account does not use Biometrics, please do a security verification by choosing Click 'Send Code' to get an OTP code via email which will be sent to the email registered in your Indodax account and also please click 'Send Code' to get an OTP code via WhatsApp / SMS which will be sent to the WhatsApp application / via SMS according to the phone number registered in your Indodax account or if you use 'Google Authenticator' then please enter your Google Authenticator code.
- After doing the verification process above, please click 'Verify'.

- If your bank account has been saved in your account and you have already made a withdrawal using that bank account. You will be directed to do Biometric verification. However, if the Biometric verification fails you will be directed to enter the application PIN. On the other hand, if you do not activate Biometric, you will be directed to enter the application PIN.
