If there is a frozen balance in your Indodax account but there is no pending coin order in the “Trade” menu, please check your Rupiah “Withdrawal History” through the Indodax website. This aims to ascertain whether there is a withdrawal transaction with the nominal in question. If you have found the appropriate transaction, you can choose to resend the withdrawal confirmation link or cancel the transaction. Here are the steps to check your rupiah withdrawal transaction history:

  • The first step is to log in to your Indodax account via the Indodax website.
  • Next go to the “Wallet” section.
  • In the search field type “IDR”
  • Then, select “Rupiah Deposit”
