We would like to inform you that order cancellations only apply to the portion of the transaction that has not been processed (unfulfilled) by the system. On the Indodax market, your order (buy or sell) might not be executed in its entirety immediately if the demand or supply volume at that price is insufficient. Here are a few things you need to note:

• Processed Portion: If a portion of your order has already been successfully sold or bought, this portion cannot be canceled. The transaction has validly occurred (matched) with another member in the market.

• Unprocessed Portion: The remaining order that is still queuing in the Order Book is the portion that will be canceled when you click the cancellation button.
