To make data changes, make sure you have access to your Indodax account and can login with your current information. Please prepare a new phone number and email first, and provide a reason for changing the data. You will be asked to complete a verification process, such as face detection through the Indodax application, to ensure the security of the data change. Also, make sure the new data you enter is accurate and valid. For certain data changes, such as email address, you need to send a request via email to support@indodax.com along with supporting documents such as E-KTP.
