In an effort to provide a more practical and efficient transaction experience, our platform provides an Address Management feature. This feature allows you to save a list of digital asset withdrawal destinations so that future transactions are faster and free from data input errors.
We would like to inform you that the storage system in the Address Management menu is designed to be compatible with the digital asset withdrawal page. Therefore, you can register withdrawal destinations using two different methods, depending on your transaction needs:
Address Method (Wallet Address)
This method is used if you want to store an external crypto wallet address that consists of a combination of letters and numbers (for example, addresses on the ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20 networks, and others). This option is ideal for storing the destination for sending assets to personal wallets or other exchange platforms outside of Indodax.
Username Method
This method is specifically designed to facilitate internal transfers between users within the Indodax platform. By choosing this method, you only need to store the recipient's account username. This option is much simpler than copying long wallet addresses, making it highly effective in minimizing the risk of typos when sending assets to fellow members. With both methods available, you have complete flexibility to manage your transaction contact list for both internal and external transfer needs directly from one centralized menu. Make sure you choose the right method according to your asset transfer destination.
