This guide provides detailed instructions for withdrawing your digital asset balance from your Indodax account to your wallet in a secure and effective manner. By following these steps, you can confidently complete the transfer process with ease.

Through Indodax Website

• Login to your Indodax account.
• Please click on the "Wallet" menu in your Indodax account. There are two ways to access this menu. First, you can find it on the left side of the screen labeled "Wallet". Second, at the top right of the screen, you will find the "Wallet" menu.
• Then select the 'Withdraw' button on the digital asset you want to send or withdraw. You can find the desired digital asset using the "Search" column.

• After that, a pop-up warning related to the digital asset delivery will appear, read it carefully, and then click "X Close".

• Choose the blockchain network that matches your wallet, then select the "Address" tab.
• Please input your wallet address that you want to send or withdraw, and make sure that the wallet address is correct.

• Enter the amount you want to withdraw or send to your wallet outside of Indodax.

• Please perform a security verification by selecting "Get Code" to obtain the OTP  through the email that will be sent to the registered email on your Indodax account. Or, please click "Get Code" to obtain the OTP through SMS, which will be sent to the registered phone number on your Indodax account.
• After receiving the OTP code via email or SMS, please enter the code. If your account is protected with Google Authenticator, enter the Google Authenticator PIN in the provided PIN field.
• After receiving the OTP code, please enter the code and then click "Send".
• The digital assets will be transferred to your wallet within a period of 60 minutes.

Through Indodax Application

• Login to your Indodax account.
• Click on the “Wallet” menu, then select the digital asset you want to send or withdraw. You can search for desired assets in the “Search Coins” column.
• Please click on the "Withdraw" section.
• Next, select the withdrawal method "Address".

• Please choose the coin "Network" you would like to use.

• Please Input the “Recipient Address” you want to send or withdraw to and make sure the wallet address is correct.

• Enter the “Coin Withdrawal Amount” you want to send. After that, click “Continue”.
• Then complete the “Recipient Data” starting from the recipient's name and residential address. If you are the sender and recipient at the same time, please check the available sections.
  Then select “Continue”
• Then you will see the confirmation page. Ensure all information is correct, click the "Withdraw Coin" button to proceed with the withdrawal process.

• If your transaction details are correct, please confirm your Withdrawal by clicking “Withdraw Coins”.

• Please enter your Indodax Application "PIN".

• Please do security verification by choosing Click "Get Code" to get OTP code via email which will be sent to the email registered in your Indodax account and also please click "Get Code" to get OTP code via Missed Call which will contact the main phone number registered on Indodax (you do not need to answer the call and can use the last 4 numbers on the number that contacted you as OTP code) or SMS which will be sent to the phone number registered in your Indodax account.

• After receiving the OTP code via email or SMS, please enter the code. If your account is protected with Google Authenticator, enter the Google Authenticator PIN in the provided PIN field.
• The digital assets will be transferred to your wallet within a period of 60 minutes.

NOTE

• Make sure your Indodax account has been verified before withdrawing Digital Assets.
• Use the appropriate withdrawal method when sending digital assets. The withdrawal method using the username only applies to sending to other members of Indodax.
• Before sending, make sure to check and fill in the required information on your destination wallet, such as memo, message, or destination tag, to avoid any errors when withdrawing certain types of digital assets.
