If you have previously successfully carried out the unlock activity process on your Indodax account, but the 'Unlock Activity' notification still appears, please follow these steps:
- Restart the device first.
- Please log out of your Indodax account, then log back in.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the Indodax application, which you can check on the Playstore and AppStore.
- The unlock activity process can currently only be done through the Indodax application, so please uninstall / delete your Indodax application first then please reinstall it.
