Why does the notification still appear asking to do 'Unlock Activity' even though I have successfully done the process

If you have previously successfully carried out the unlock activity process on your Indodax account, but the 'Unlock Activity' notification still appears, please follow these steps:

  1. Restart the device first.
  2. Please log out of your Indodax account, then log back in.
  3. Make sure you are using the latest version of the Indodax application, which you can check on the Playstore and AppStore.
  4. The unlock activity process can currently only be done through the Indodax application, so please uninstall / delete your Indodax application first then please reinstall it.
  5. If you are still experiencing further problems, please contact us via email support@indodax.com.
