Why was my unlock activity process rejected with a statement that I was asked to update my account data?

The face detection test process when doing unlock activity can be rejected if the verified data is not in accordance with the latest requirements at Indodax, then you will be asked to update your data. Previously, when you first verified your account, you used a driver's license as an identification card. However, along with the latest policy, currently Indonesian citizens (WNI) are required to use E-KTP for identity verification. This data update aims to improve the security and accuracy of verification. If face verification is rejected, please contact our relevant team via email to support@indodax.com to confirm the account data update. You are expected to follow the instructions via email by confirming “Willing to re-verify with E-KTP”.
