We inform you that if you are constrained when withdrawing digital assets with the statement “The code you entered is incorrect or expired, please request a new code” we recommend that you repeat the process of withdrawing your digital assets by requesting the OTP code again. Here's how to request an OTP code by following these guidelines :
- Please click “Get Code” to get the OTP code via email which will be sent to the email registered in your Indodax account and also please click “Get Code” to get the OTP code via SMS which will be sent to the phone number registered in your Indodax account.
- After receiving the OTP code via email and SMS, please enter the code. If your account is protected with Google Authenticator, then enter the Google Authenticator PIN in the PIN field provided.
- After receiving the OTP code, please enter the code then click “Submit”.
