Is it possible to send withdrawal OTP codes via WhatsApp?

We inform you that if you make a withdrawal transaction both in IDR and digital assets, then you will be requested to include an OTP to confirm the transaction you made. There are several OTPs that you need to include when making a withdrawal transaction, including: OTP Email, SMS/Missed Call, WhatsApp, and Google Authenticator. Here's the difference between sending an OTP when you make a IDR withdrawal and a digital asset withdrawal.

Withdrawing digital assets through the App :

  • Without Google Authenticator and Biometrics
    OTP code will be sent via OTP email and OTP Missed Call/SMS (OTP Missed Call will be sent once. If you do not receive the Missed Call OTP, please click “Resend” to get the SMS OTP which will be sent 2 times within 60 seconds).
  • With Biometrics
    OTP code will be sent only via email OTP confirmation after you have done Biometric verification.
  • With Google Authenticator and Biometrics
    OTP code will be sent to OTP Email only after you do Biometric verification.
  • With Google Authenticator
    OTP code will be sent to both email OTP and Google Authenticator OTP.

Withdrawal of digital assets through the Website :

  • Without Google Authenticator and Biometrics
    OTP code will be sent via email OTP and SMS OTP services only.
  • With Google Authenticator and Biometrics
    OTP code will be sent via email OTP service and Google Authenticator OTP.

Withdrawal of IDR via App :

  • Without Google Authenticator and Biometrics
    OTP code will be sent via email OTP and WhatsApp OTP.
  • With Biometric
    The OTP code will be sent via email OTP confirmation only after you have done Biometric verification. If your bank account is already saved in your account and you have made a withdrawal using that bank account. You will be directed to do Biometric verification. However, if the Biometric verification failed you will be directed to enter the App PIN. On the other hand, if you don't activate Biometrics, you will be directed to enter the App PIN.
  • With Google Authenticator and Biometric
    The OTP code will be sent to OTP Email only after you have done Biometric verification. If your bank account is already saved in your account and you have made a withdrawal using that bank account. You will be directed to do Biometric verification. However, if the Biometric verification failed you will be directed to enter the App PIN. On the other hand, if you don't activate Biometrics, you will be directed to enter the App PIN.
  • With Google Authenticator
    OTP code will be sent to email and Google Authenticator.

Withdrawal of IDR through Website :

  • Without Google Authenticator
    The OTP code will be sent via email OTP and WhatsApp OTP services. If your bank account is already saved in your account and you have made a withdrawal using that bank account. You will be directed to make an Email OTP request.
  • With Google Authenticator
    The OTP code will be sent via email OTP service and Google Authenticator OTP. If your bank account is already saved in your account and you have made a withdrawal using that bank account. You will be directed to make a Google Authenticator OTP request.

If the phone number registered to your account is no longer active, we recommend changing the phone number data first by following the steps listed in the following article (click here). After the phone number data change is successfully processed, please request the OTP code again.
