We would like to inform you that if you don’t get the OTP code via WhatsApp because you do not use/activate WhatsApp on your device, we advise you to request OTP 2 (two) times. Then, in the third OTP request session, it will change to OTP via SMS. Please wait until the OTP SMS is sent to the phone number registered on the Indodax account. You have a maximum opportunity of 5 (five) times to request OTP, if you have exceeded please wait for the next 15 minutes.
