The Whitelist Address feature is a process of adding pre-approved addresses to the list of trusted addresses.

Transactions involving whitelisted addresses can be processed without additional security or restricted, you only need to use the Biometric or PIN on your INDODAX account.

What are the benefit of using the whitelist address feature?

Transaction Processing: Transactions involving whitelisted addresses are processed without additional security or restriction. This allows transfers to be more efficient, fast, and precise.

Address Management: Users can manage their whitelisted addresses through their accounts. You can add, remove, or modify whitelist addresses based on your needs and preferences.

Security Measure: Using the Whitelist Address feature is an effective security measure to prevent errors in withdrawals or unknown transfers, reducing the risk of transaction errors and fraud.

How to add an address and set it to the whitelist?

Please note that you must have Google Authenticator enabled on your account in order to use the whitelist feature. To activate Google Authenticator, please click on the following guideline.

Here is how to add an address in the whitelist feature:

If you are using the Indodax application:

• Open the INDODAX application on your iOS or Android device, select the "Wallet" menu
• Please select the asset you want to ‘Withdraw’
• Select ‘Withdraw’ menu
• Select withdrawal with the "Address" method

• Please click on the "Address Book" icon
• Please select the "Add New Address" menu and fill in all the fields. Then, check the "Add to Whitelist" and click "Save Address"
• Then please enter your Indodax "Application PIN"

If you enable the Biometric feature:

• Do the "Biometric" process
• To confirm the action, please complete the verification process through email by clicking "Send Code." Then enter the verification code received via your email and click "Continue"
• Address successfully added to the "Whitelist Address"

If you do not use the Biometric feature:

• To confirm the action, please complete the verification process through email by clicking "Send Code." Then enter the verification code received in your email and the "Google Authenticator Code", then click "Continue"
• Address successfully added to the "Whitelist Address"

If you are using the Indodax Website:

• On the dashboard page, please click on the "Wallet" menu

• On the "Wallet" page, please select the digital asset you wish to withdraw, then click "Withdraw"

• On the "Withdraw Coin" page, please click the "Address Book" icon

• And then, click "Add Withdrawal Address"

• On the "Address Management" page, please click on the "Add Address" option

• In the "Add Address" menu, please fill in the address details accurately, then check the "Add to whitelist", and then click "Save"

• The "Security Verification" page will appear, please click "Get Code", then enter the obtained code and also provide your "Google Authenticator" code and then please click "Submit"

• Address has been added to your list

How to change an address in the Whitelist Address feature on INDODAX Mobile App?

In the "Set Coin Address" menu, you can only make changes to the "Label" and the "Add to Whitelist" checkbox. If you wish to modify a previously saved address, we recommend either deleting the saved address or unchecking the "Add to Whitelist" option to ensure that the address is not included in the whitelist address feature. After that, you can add a new address in the "Add New Address" menu.

Here is how to change the label in the Whitelist Address and uncheck the Whitelist Address:

• On the asset withdrawal page, please click the "Address Book" icon
• Then, click the "Pencil" icon and select the address you want to change
• Please change the label, uncheck the "Add to Whitelist" option, and then click "Save Address"
• Address successfully edited

Here is how to delete a saved address:

• In the "Select Coin Address" menu, please click the "Pencil" icon
• Please slide to the left on the address you want to delete until the word "Delete" appears

If you are using the Indodax Website:

• Please access the "Address Management" page
• Then click the checkbox next to the "Address" you want to delete
• Then select "Delete" or "Remove from whitelist"

Note:

User should be aware that whitelisting addresses is a responsibility they hold. It is crucial to ensure the security of their devices and accounts to maintain the integrity of whitelisted addresses. While whitelisting enhances security, user should be cautious not to whitelist addresses without due diligence.
