Account deletion can only be done through the official INDODAX application. Here are the steps to follow:
- Log in to your Indodax account via the app.
- Access the "Account Settings".
- Choose the "Account Security".
- Choose "Delete Account".
- Please read the account deletion confirmation page carefully. Afterward, please provide the reason for deleting your account and click on "Continue".
- If you still have a remaining balance on the account, please select ‘Withdraw Assets’ to be able to withdraw the rupiah balance to a bank account or withdraw digital assets to an exchange/wallet outside Indodax.
- If the account balance is empty or you agree to proceed with account deletion, please select ‘Continue’, then click ‘Confirm and Delete’.
- Then enter your ‘Account PIN’.
- Please enter the 6-digit ‘Email code’ verification that we sent to the email registered to your account and also enter the 4-digit ‘WhatsApp or SMS code’ verification to your main phone number.
- Please select ‘Done’ then your Indodax account will be successfully deleted!.
IMPORTANT
Once you confirm the account deletion, your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered after 30 days.
