At Indodax, we understand that you may need time to reconsider your decision to delete your account. That's why we provide a 30-day window for you to restore your account after deletion. It's just one of the many ways we strive to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
Here are the steps to recover a previously deleted Indodax account:
- Log in to your INDODAX account through the application using the email and password recorded in the account.
- After successfully logging in, please select "Recover Account".
- We will send an account recovery confirmation email to the email registered on your Indodax account. Please click the link in the confirmation email to continue the account recovery process.
- If the email confirmation has been successful, please return to the Indodax application then click on "Confirmed & Continue".
- Please proceed by confirming through SMS PIN or Missed Call, enter your OTP PIN, and then click "Verify".
- Please enter your Indodax account PIN.
- Your account will be successfully recovered!
