At Indodax, we understand that you may need time to reconsider your decision to delete your account. That's why we provide a 30-day window for you to restore your account after deletion. It's just one of the many ways we strive to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
Here are the steps to recover a previously deleted Indodax account:
Log in to your INDODAX account through the application using the email and password recorded in the account.
After successfully logging in, please select "Recover Account".
Then, enter your Indodax account ‘PIN’
Next, please enter the security verification code sent to your Email. If you’re using an Authenticator App, please enter the code from that App. However, if you’re not using an Authenticator App, please enter the security verification code that will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS to your registered phone number.
Then, click 'Verify'.
Your account will be successfully recovered!
