We are pleased to inform you that daily withdrawal limit requests can now be accessed directly through the App or Website.
This feature update is designed to make it easy for you to request an increase in your withdrawal limit, both for Rupiah (IDR) balances and crypto assets. To start requesting an increase in your daily withdrawal limit on your account, please follow the steps below.
How to apply for a withdrawal limit through the App:
Please log in to your account.
Open the 'Account Settings' menu, then select the 'Daily Withdrawal Limit' option.
In addition to the account settings menu, you can also find the link to request a limit increase on the Withdraw Rupiah and Withdraw Assets pages.
Furthermore, withdrawal limit requests can also be found on your Rupiah Wallet page. Please select the 'WD Limit' menu.
After selecting one of these options, you will be directed to the daily withdrawal limit page. Please click 'Upgrade Daily Limit', then click 'Start Submission'.
For Indonesian citizens, simply enter the new limit amount you wish to apply for. Meanwhile, for foreign nationals, please enter the new limit amount you wish to apply for and upload a photo of your KITAS/KITAP.
Next, enter your Personal Data and click 'Continue'.
After that, for Indonesian citizens, please upload your ID card by clicking 'Take Photo'. For foreign nationals, please upload your passport by clicking 'Take Photo'.
Enter your Bank Account and Others, then click 'Continue'.
Enter your Purpose and Verification, then click 'Continue'.
Enter the Transaction Activity, then agree to the Terms and Conditions and click 'Submit Request'.
Your application data has been sent, please click 'Done'.
You will receive a notification that your application is being processed. Please wait for your application to be processed.
You will receive a notification on your account and email once your application has been approved.
Your new withdrawal limit has been updated.
How to apply for a withdrawal limit via the website:
Please log in to your account.
Access the 'Profile & Settings' menu to request a new withdrawal limit. Find the 'Withdrawal Limit' tab, then click 'Upgrade'.
In addition to the menu above, you can apply for a limit increase on the Withdraw Rupiah and Withdraw Assets pages. Please click on the application link provided. Next, click 'Upgrade' on the 'Withdrawal Limit' tab.
Then click 'Start Submission'.
Please fill in the data for your limit increase request. For Indonesian citizens, simply enter the new amount limit you wish to request. Meanwhile, for foreign nationals, please enter the new amount limit you wish to request and upload a photo of your KITAS/KITAP. Then, click 'Continue'.
