Please be informed that every Indodax account has a maximum daily withdrawal limit based on the verification level and member profile. The limit for Rupiah and Digital Asset withdrawals allows you to withdraw up to IDR 250,000,000 for foreign citizens (WNA) and IDR 1,000,000,000 for Indonesian citizens (WNI), as well as their equivalent in digital assets, after completing the Account Verification process. Log in to your account and check the "Withdrawal Limit" section. If you wish to make a withdrawal above IDR 1,000,000,000, you will need to submit a request to increase your withdrawal limit.

You can request a withdrawal limit increase directly from your Indodax account. We recommend going through the limit increase process via the indodax.com website. To do so, please follow these steps:

• Go to the "Profile & Settings" menu and click "Change" on the daily withdrawal limit menu.

• Please fill out the provided form.

• Don't forget to check the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box.

• Click "Save".
