Why is it that when I log in via Indodax web and am asked to click the confirmation link via email but still fail to log in?

If you want to log in through the Indodax website but are constrained when clicking the login confirmation link sent to the email registered to your account, please make sure that you are currently doing login activities and opening the registered email on the same device (laptop/computer/phone). If you open the email and click the link on a different device it will automatically be constrained when doing login activities. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us again.
