How to Register using the “Continue with Google” option on the INDODAX Mobile App

• After downloading the INDODAX application, on the main page select the “Register” option.

• For Android and iOS users, you will arrive at the new register page as below.

If you select “Continue with Google” :

• If you wish to continue the registration process using a Google account, then please select the “Continue with Google” option.
• Then, please confirm your choice by selecting the “Continue” option.
• Next, please select the Google account you want to use.
• Then, please confirm the account you have chosen by tapping on the “Continue” option.
• You will then be asked to create a password and confirm it.

When you select “Continue with Apple” (iOS only) :

• If you wish to continue the registration process using your Apple ID, please select the “Continue with Apple” option.
• Please select the “Share my email” option.
• After that, please go through the biometric verification process or enter your Apple ID password.

• You will then be asked to create a password and confirm it.
• Then, please fill in your details on the following page.

• Do security verification by entering the OTP code that will be sent to your phone number via WhatsApp or SMS.
• If successful, a pop-up will appear with a statement that the account has been successfully created. Then create the PIN you want on your INDODAX Mobile App and your INDODAX account is successfully registered.
• After tapping on the “Create PIN” text, you will be directed to create a PIN and confirm it on your INDODAX Mobile App.
• Congratulations! You have successfully created an account and will arrive at the home page.

 

How to login to your INDODAX account using the “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple” option on the INDODAX Mobile App :

• Select the “Login” option.

• For Android and iOS users, you will arrive at the new register page as below.

If you select “Continue with Google” :

• If you want to continue the login process using your Google account, please select the If you want to continue the login process using your Google account, please select the “Continue with Google” option.
• Then, please confirm your choice by selecting the “Continue” option.
• Next, please select the Google account you want to use.
• Then, please confirm the account you have chosen by tapping on the “Continue” option.
• You will then be asked to create a password and confirm it.

 

When you select “Continue with Apple” (iOS only) :

• If you wish to continue the login process using your Apple ID, then please select the “Continue with Apple” option.
• After that, please go through the biometric verification process or enter your Apple ID password.

• In the next step, you will be asked to do biometric verification or enter your INDODAX Mobile App PIN.

• After that, there is a possibility that you need to verify your security through OTP code verification which will be sent to your Email. The validity period of the email OTP code is 5 minutes.
  Note: You can click the resend button twice so that you can then verify the OTP via the registered telephone number.

• You can also verify the OTP code via phone number by tapping on the “send code” button twice to switch to the Whatsapp verification method and then tap 2 x again to switch to SMS.

• Then please input the OTP that has been received then tap the “Verify” button and after the OTP verification process is successful Congratulations! Your login process has been successful.
  

Note: To keep your account secure, please do not share this OTP code with anyone. Also, be cautious of anyone pretending to be from Indodax.

 

How to register an INDODAX account using the “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple” option on the Website

• Please visit https://indodax.com/ and select the “Register” option.

• Then, select the “Continue with Google” option.

• Select the Google account you want to use.

• Please confirm the Google account you want to use.

• Then, you will be redirected to the password creation page. Please fill in your password as instructed, then confirm your password.

• When you click on the “Save password” button, a captcha pop-up will appear. Please complete the captcha process first.

• Then, you can fill in additional data such as username, Mobile Number, and Referral ID (Optional).

• After that you will be directed to verify your phone number. Please enter the 4-digit OTP code that has been sent to your phone number via Whatsapp/SMS.

• If your verification is successful, a pop-up will appear with the caption “You have successfully registered”.

• You will land on the INDODAX home page.

 

How to login using the “Continue with Google” option on the Website

• You can visit the following link https://indodax.com/login or click on the “Login” button to log in.

• Please click the “Continue with Google” button to proceed with your login.

• After that, please select the Google account you want to use.

• Then, please confirm the Google account you want to use.

• You have successfully logged in and will land on the INDODAX home page.

 

Note : There is a possibility that you need to verify your security through OTP code verification which will be sent to the email or number registered to your Indodax account or Google Authenticator (if active). To maintain the security of your account, please do not share this OTP code with anyone. And please be careful of parties on behalf of Indodax.

Q: Can I create an INDODAX account by filling out the registration form?
A: Yes, you will still be able to register using the form by selecting the Register using email option.

Q : Can I still login with my email and password if I was previously registered with Google or Apple ID?
A : Yes, you can still login by inputting your email and account password.

Q : Can I use a different Google Account to log in?
A : 1 Google account or Apple ID can only be used to do login and register on 1 INDODAX account only.

Q : What if I forget my Google Account / Apple ID password?
A : If you have forgotten your Google Account or Apple ID password, password, we recommend you to recover your account by contacting the service provider. Or you can apply for the email change process on your INDODAX account by following the steps listed on the following link.

Q : What will happen if I try to login with an email that has not been registered at INDODAX?
A : If your email has not been registered, then you will be directed to register first.

Q : If my account is already registered with the email “a@icloud.com” and then I try to sign up using Apple ID with the option “hide my email,” what will happen?
A : The system will create a new account for you because Apple will generate a hidden email (for example, fdkjdflirh935@privaterelay.appleid.com), which will be considered a new email.

Q : Can I create a new account using my Apple ID with the same email registered with my previous Google Account or vice versa? (Can I connect my Google account and Apple ID at the same time?)
A : No, you can only use 1 email for 1 account. If your Google account and Apple ID use the same email, you will be directed to log in to the first account you created using that email.

Q : What happens if I delete my Google account or Apple ID?
A : If you have deleted your Google account or Apple ID, we recommend that you can change your email by following the steps listed on the following link.
