We would like to inform you that when you try to register an account, a failed notification will appear with the message “Too many registration attempts. Please try again after 3 hours”. We understand that this may disrupt your activities. Here is an explanation of why this happens and what steps you need to take.
This notification is part of our system's security mechanism. The message appears because the system detects repeated registration requests from your device within a short period of time. To prevent unusual activity, the system automatically imposes a temporary access restriction (limitation).
As stated in the notification, the main solution to this problem is to wait.
Please do not repeatedly press the register button or try to repeat the registration process when this notification appears, as this will only trigger the waiting time to restart.
The system needs time to reset your account limitation. Please wait until the 3-hour period is over.
After the 3-hour waiting period is over, you can try to register your account again. When you try to register again later, make sure your internet connection is stable so you don't have to press the registration button repeatedly (which can trigger this notification to reappear). You can also use another IP or device when registering your Indodax account.
