Yes. We’d like to inform you that, technically, you can still re-register (create a new account) if the username, email address, and phone number you provided are not already registered. You can complete the initial registration process, such as entering your name, email address, and a new password. However, there are some issues you should be aware of, particularly during the account verification stage. Although you can complete the initial registration process, you will encounter difficulties verifying your Indodax account (Know Your Customer/KYC).
Please note that to ensure security and regulatory compliance, Indodax strictly enforces the one identity, one account policy and limits the use of personal data. One ID card (KTP/Passport), one email address, one username, and one phone number can only be registered to a single Indodax account. The Indodax system will detect if the identity information you use during the verification (KYC) process for a new account has already been registered to your first Indodax account; if so, the system will automatically reject your account verification.
If you encounter an issue because your ID card is already registered, please contact our support team via email at support@indodax.com, our Call Center at (021) 5065-8888, or the Live Chat feature on the Indodax app or website for further assistance.
