What if I have already made a withdrawal to an inactive bank account?

First, immediately contact the Indodax customer support team via email at support@indodax.com or the available live chat service. Provide complete information about the transaction so that our team can check further.

This process takes time, so we ask that you please wait while it is handled. If the status of your rupiah withdrawal has been confirmed, our relevant team will immediately inform you via email. In the future, please double check the recipient's account before making a withdrawal. Make sure the recipient account number is correct and active, then the recipient account name is the same as the name on your Indodax account so that the transaction can run smoothly.
