No. We would like to inform you that the digital asset refund fee due to network errors cannot be paid using cash (Rupiah), either via bank transfer or QRIS. All handling fees must be paid using crypto assets, depending on the instructions from our relevant team. If you need to pay a refund fee for the return of incorrectly sent assets, please follow this guide:
Confirm with Customer Service (CS): Please contact our support service at support@indodax.com to confirm the fee amount and the type of coin required.
Prepare Crypto Coins: Ensure the requested crypto asset is already available in your Indodax account. If not, you can purchase it first using your Rupiah balance.
Make the Transfer: Send the coin to the specific wallet address instructed by the official Indodax team. Do not forget to save the TX ID or TX Hash code from the transaction.
Payment Validation: Send the TX ID code to Customer Support as proof that you have sent the refund fee.
This rule for Indodax members also serves as protection for you against fraudulent activities. Currently, many unscrupulous individuals on social media or Telegram pretend to be "Indodax Customer Service" and offer asset return assistance on the condition of transferring a certain amount of Rupiah or scanning a fake QRIS. Please be informed that Indodax never asks for digital asset refund fees to be sent to personal bank accounts or individual QRIS.
