If you want to refund digital assets, here are the things you should know first. You need to make a purchase on the digital assets that have been determined first through the Indodax market. The next step is to withdraw the digital assets to the username that has been determined by Customer Support as sending the wrong token refund fee. Here are the steps on how to send a digital asset refund fee:

Through the Indodax website:

1. Login to your Indodax account.
2. Click on the “Wallet” menu in your Indodax account. There are two ways to access this menu page. First, you can find it on the left side of the screen where it says “Wallet”. Second, at the top of the right screen, you will find the “Wallet” menu.
3. Select “Withdraw” in the digital asset section that has been determined.
4. Then select the “Indodax User” tab.
5. Please input the username that has been determined by Indodax Customer Support.
6. Enter the nominal refund fee according to the information from our Customer Support.
7. Please perform security verification by selecting Click “Get Code” to get an OTP code via email which will be sent to the email registered in your Indodax account and also please click “Get Code” to get an OTP code via SMS which will be sent to the phone number registered in your Indodax account.
8. After receiving the OTP code via email and SMS, please enter the code. If your account is protected with Google Authenticator, then enter the Google Authenticator PIN in the PIN field provided.
9. Then click “Send”.
10. Once successfully submitted, please attach the TX ID/TX HASH of the fee submission to our Customer Support to continue the refund process.

Through the Indodax application:

1. Login to your Indodax account on the application.
2. Select the “Wallet” menu, then select the digital asset wallet that has been determined.
3. Select “Withdraw”,
4. Then select the “Username” coin withdrawal method.
5. Please input the username that has been determined by Indodax Customer Support.
6. Enter the nominal refund fee according to the information from our Customer Support.
7. After that, click “Next”.
8. Then you will see a confirmation page. Make sure all information is correct, click the “Withdraw Coins” button to continue the withdrawal process.
9. Input your Indodax Application PIN.
10. Please do security verification by choosing Click “Get Code” to get OTP code via email which will be sent to the email registered in your Indodax account and also please click “Get Code” to get OTP code via SMS which will be sent to the phone number registered in your Indodax account.
11. After receiving the OTP code via email and SMS, please enter the code. If your account is protected with Google Authenticator, then enter the Google Authenticator PIN in the PIN field provided.
12. After successful withdrawal, please attach the TX ID/TX HASH of the fee delivery to our Customer Support to continue the refund process.
