We would like to inform you that members don't need to and cannot create wallet addresses manually. Our system has been designed to be fully integrated for your convenience. As soon as your account is active, the system automatically generates a unique wallet address for each type of coin or digital asset supported on our platform.
Since wallet addresses are automatically generated for each coin, you can view and use them at any time. If you wish to find the wallet address for a specific asset to receive funds (deposit), please follow these steps:
Log in to your account.
Select or search for the name of the Coin/Digital Asset whose address you want to know (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.).
Click the ‘Deposit’ menu.
Make sure you select the correct Network that matches the sender’s network.
Once the coin and network are selected, the system will immediately display a combination of letters and numbers that is your Wallet Address, along with a QR Code ready to be copied.
Each coin has a different wallet address. Please always ensure that you copy the wallet address for the correct coin and network before making a transaction. Sending assets to the wrong coin address or a different network may result in the permanent loss of those assets.
