  • Restart your mobile device or computer to clear the system memory and resolve temporary application issues.

  • Clear the cache on the Indodax application or browser you are using.

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.

  • Make sure not to use the same password as your email account. The required password combination for your account is a minimum of 8 characters, containing uppercase letters (A, B, C), lowercase letters (a, b, c), numbers (1, 2, 3), and symbols (!, @, #).

  • Please try changing your password periodically at certain intervals.
