How to reset the password on your account via website:
- Log in to your INDODAX account.
- Select the "Menu" and click "Security".
- In the right column, enter your old and new passwords. Avoid making new passwords using your email password. Make sure to input the new password combination minimum 8 characters, contains uppercase (A,B,C), lowercase (a,b,c), number (1,2,3) and symbol (!,@,#). Input the Google Authenticator PIN or verify the SMS PIN. Then click "Change Password".
- After replacing the password, your account will be temporarily locked for security reasons. The withdraw funds feature will be locked within 24 hours after password changes even though other transactions are running as usual.

- Open INDODAX Application, and log in to your INDODAX account.
- Select the "Account Settings" and click "Account Security".
- Select "Change Password"
- Please enter your old and new passwords. Avoid making new passwords using your email password. Make sure to input the new password combination minimum 8 characters, contains uppercase (A,B,C), lowercase (a,b,c), number (1,2,3) and symbol (!,@,#). Input the Google Authenticator PIN or verify the SMS PIN. Then click "Save".
