We would like to inform you that Indodax does not provide a feature to change the network available in the digital asset deposit menu. The network listed on each deposit address has been permanently set for that type of digital asset. For example, if you want to deposit digital asset “X” and the network displayed is BEP20, then you must send asset “X” via the BEP20 network. You cannot change it to another network such as ERC20 or TRC20.

Network mismatch is one of the main causes of deposit transaction failures. If you send assets via an unsupported or different network from the one listed, the assets will not be credited to your account.
