In order to provide security for each account at INDODAX, account verification is only allowed using an identity card in the form of an ID card, Kartu Tanda Penduduk (e-KTP) for Indonesian citizens, and passports for foreigners. Other ID Cards such as Driving Licenses, Student Card, etc. are not allowed in the verification process.

In addition to verifying the account, identity cards in the Kartu Tanda Penduduk/KTP, and passports, you must also attach the ID Card to modify account data such as phone numbers, emails, and data validation for other purposes in the future.
