Through Indodax Website

• Log in to your Indodax account.
• Click on the “Wallet” menu in your Indodax account. There are two ways to access this menu page. First, you can find it on the left side of the screen where it says “Wallet”. Second, at the top of the right screen, you will find the “Wallet” menu.
• Select the "Deposit" button on the digital asset you want to deposit. You can find the digital asset you want with the 'Search' column on the right of the screen as shown in the image below.
  
• Some digital assets are accessible on many blockchain networks, please select the blockchain network that is compatible with your sender wallet. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Then, in the pop-up that displays, click the "X Close" button to continue.

• You will find a digital asset address according to the selected network. Note: Please click "I understand, show my (Asset Name) address" if there is no digital asset address listed in the address section.
  

• Send your digital asset to that address by copying the address into your wallet, or send Bitcoin from your tablet or smartphone wallet more quickly by scanning the QR Code on the right.

Through Indodax App

• Log in to your Indodax account.
• Click on the “Wallet” menu, then select the digital asset you want to deposit. You can search for desired assets in the “Search Coins” column.
• Click the "Deposit" button, then select the blockchain network that is compatible with your sender wallet (some digital assets are available on several blockchain networks). The image below shows an example of the USDT digital asset using the ERC20 network.
• The address of the selected digital asset will be presented after selecting the network of digital assets. If you change your mind about the network to use, click the arrow  (⇆) and then choose the network that best meets your needs.
• Send your digital asset to that address by copying the address into your wallet, or send Bitcoin from your tablet or smartphone wallet more quickly by scanning the QR Code.

Notes : 

• The deposit will be credited to your account after the confirmation on the blockchain has completed the minimum requirement of each digital asset.
• The deposit is free of charge.
• Please make sure to send your deposit to the correct address and network.
• A digital asset address is a unique identifier that allows you to receive crypto assets.
• For example, this is one of the digital asset addresses: 1JArS6jzE3AJ9sZ3aFij1BmTcpFGgN86hA.
• Do not send coins/tokens with a different network from the generated network description.
• Sending coins/tokens other than the selected digital asset to the generated address will cause the coin/tokens to be lost.
• Additional fees may be charged for the refund process on coins/tokens sent to the incorrect address.
