As our priority members, you are entitled to enjoy a variety of exclusive features provided, such as prioritized service, dedicated assistance by Indodax team, as well as other special benefits and conveniences that can enhance your crypto asset transaction comfortably.

The criteria for becoming a Priority member are having total assets above IDR 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million Rupiah); or having an average transaction volume of IDR 2,500,000,000.00 (two billion five hundred million Rupiah) per month in the last 3 (three) months; or having a minimum transaction volume of IDR 5,000,000,000.00 (five billion Rupiah) in the last month.
