Yes, all citizens can be a member of Indodax. But citizens of the United States, Myanmar, Cote D`Ivoire, Cuba, Islamic Republic Of Iran, Syrian Arab Republic, Belarus, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iraq, Liberia, Sudan, Zimbabwe, and Korea (north) are not allowed to open an account in Indodax.com
