If you experience problems when verifying your account, where your face cannot be detected in the face detection feature in the Indodax application. This is due to lack of lighting which can reduce image quality. Thus causing the system to have difficulty recognizing the details of your face. Make sure you are in a well-lit place. The light source should be in front of your face, not behind. Avoid shadows that block the facial area. You can also use additional lighting if necessary. If the problem persists, please try again in a location with better lighting.
