By using the services of PT Indodax Nasional Indonesia (“Indodax”), you expressly declare and warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions established by Indodax. You also commit to complying with these terms as listed on Indodax’s official website, accessible via the TNC.
  2. As the account user, you affirm that you are the legitimate owner of the account and that all information related to your identity is accurate. Any changes to your data are made consciously and without any coercion from any party.
  3. You take full responsibility for the accuracy of your personal data and information, including any future updates.
  4. Indodax will not be held liable for any losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from your mistakes or negligence in providing or updating information on your account.
  5. Furthermore, you guarantee that the opening of a non-individual account is solely for investment purposes. The funds used are entirely sourced from your personal wealth and not from third-party ownership, public fundraising, or proceeds of criminal activities. You also ensure that these funds are not related to any criminal acts, including but not limited to Money Laundering, Financing of Terrorism, or Financing the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction. You confirm that the account is not intended as a means of payment or transfer of wealth to another party. By doing so, you release Indodax from any liability, claims, demands, or compensation that may arise due to violations of fund sources or usage purposes that are not in accordance with applicable laws.

You consciously accept and adhere to these Terms and Conditions and fully understand all potential risks involved.
