When verifying your account, if you experience problems with the information in the NPWP column only consisting of letters and numbers, then please follow the following steps first:
- Make sure your Indodax application is the latest version / update the application.
- In the NPWP column, just enter the appropriate number or if you don't have an NPWP then please enter your E-KTP NIK.
- If you still have problems, please clear the cache and restart your device.
