My account has been verified in the past, why am I being asked to verify my account again?

If you get a notification email from Indodax confirming account unverification and asking you to verify your account again, it is because your account has previously been verified using an identity card other than E-KTP for Indonesian citizens. This follows up on the latest policy which requires all Indonesian citizens to use E-KTP as an official identification document in the account verification process at Indodax. This will affect the display results of your annual tax report, where later the tax report will indicate the NIK of your identity. You may have received a confirmation email regarding this change in verification status. Please immediately re-verify using E-KTP to ensure the validity of your data.
