Can I use a damaged ID card for account verification?

No, you cannot use damaged identity documents. If your E-KTP (Indonesian citizen) or Passport (foreigner) identity document is damaged and causes your identity data cannot be read clearly, we recommend that you first repair your identity document and submit a verification request again with a good identity document.
